Pinder's Customs Brokerage has been a cornerstone of excellence in the Bahamas since its establishment in 1966 by Lyman R. Pinder. Starting as a small, family-operated business, Lyman and his wife, Grace, built the company on the principles of dedication, professionalism, and exceptional service. Over the decades, these values have solidified our reputation as a trusted name in customs brokerage and logistics. From its humble beginnings, Pinder’s Customs Brokerage has grown into the leading customs brokerage company in the Bahamas. Today, we are proud to employ a skilled team of over 80 professionals who work across our logistics, brokerage, and delivery divisions. Our diverse customer base spans many sectors, including hospitality, banking, construction, retail, and individuals. More than 100 of our clients have partnered with us for over 30 years—a testament to the lasting relationships we have cultivated through reliable and efficient service.

As a fully licensed customs brokerage, we have extensive expertise with Bahamas Customs regulations, procedures, and classification. Recognizing the importance of technology in modern logistics, we have developed proprietary customs brokerage and logistics software to streamline our operations. Collaborating closely with Bahamas Customs, we ensured our software integrates seamlessly with their Click2Clear system, enabling us to process declarations with accuracy and efficiency. In addition to customs brokerage, Pinder’s offers comprehensive delivery services supported by a well-maintained fleet of trucks, forklifts, and chassis. Our experienced drivers and equipment handlers are backed by a dedicated Delivery Management Team, dispatchers, and GPS-enabled tracking in all our vehicles. This integration of technology has significantly enhanced both our operational efficiency and the quality of service we provide.
