Can I pick up my shipment from the port?

At Pinder’s, we offer a full-service solution, meaning that once your shipment clears Customs, we take care of the entire process. As part of our comprehensive service, we provide delivery services for all shipments we clear. This includes transporting your goods directly to your designated location, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish.


What should I do if I experience a delay?

If your shipment is delayed, please contact your assigned Logistics Coordinator for assistance. We will update you on the status of your shipment and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Can you help with Export shipments?

Yes, we can assist with shipments out of Nassau, including handling customs clearance and arranging delivery to one of the ports.
